depends on how u define pain...
if u mean physical pain...i can tell u that u wont...
but if pain refers to more than that... viz the pain of loosing something dear, anything that is dearer than u holding back that information... im sure u d talk...hell i would!!!
Only, the decision of what is dearer will be made, not by your head... but by your sub concious, by your heart...coz thats where ultimately all thresholds are decided... ;)
