2 Years have gotten by, time is waiting, memories fading, Thought I'd something more to say....

Revisited my blog today… Its been almost two years since my last post… And I vow to keep it updated from now on…

And now, in color, my life in the past two years, in a bulleted format:

• Aug ’06 : Flextronics happened. My first job, and as it turns out, still the job I hold. Don’t quite know why I sat for it. But when I look back, don’t see what else I could have done… Lesson learnt - Patience my boy! Patience!
• Aug to Nov’ 06 : 7^th sem. Beautiful period. College turned out to be an “enlightening” experience during this time. I say enlightening, though the word doesn’t do justice to the experience. Lesson Learnt – The sheer volume of lessons forbid me to pen them down
• Nov’06 : CATed. No prep. Why? Thought I’d gather experience. Lets see how that works out… Lesson learnt – Nature conspires to call at the wrong time, be prepared
• Dec’ 06 - Jan’ 07 – CAT results are a pleasant surprise. Get more than what I had actually bargained for.The supposed training is ongoing at Oriental Bank. Folks move to lucknow. Amber Nagar is to grab hold of the controls of his life and fly solo. The fun doesn’t last for more than a month. Lessons Learnt – Cooking is a horrible escuse for time pass
• Feb to Mar’ 07 - Supply Chain Management! Did something worthwhile. Chennai happened. Don’t know why. Still remember those 4 days as though they were like yesterday. The DQs, the dosas, the beaches, the dorm. Met really old friends from school. Something like finding an old storybook after 12 years. The flight back was a nightmare. Shouldn’t have drank so much water. Lesson Learnt – See Nov’ 06 lesson. LEARN YOU FOOL!
• Apr to May’ 07 – Last few days of college. Two consecutive days in canteen. Spent much of the time at Chinmay’s place. All thanks to my everlasting animosity with all things electronic. Night out after farewell. Night out before final project submission. Dear coll, I bid adieu. Lesson Learnt – Keep your cards close to your heart.
• Jun to Jul’ 07 – Ahmedabad trip, Lucknow trip
• Jul to Sept’ 07 – I begin my tryst with Aricent. 2 month of training with a fraud project that ends up getting as the 2^nd prize in Tech. Lesson learnt – Presentation is what counts. Content be damned!
• Oct’ 07 to Jan’ 08 – Corpo teaches a lot. Not necessarily all things technical. TT begins. New faces that become a habit after some time. Some of the best folks that you’ll find in your life. Lesson Learnt – Tequila is always better!
• Jan to May’08 – Actual work! Probation period is over. New office. Same old faces… Thank god! TT stops, for obvious reasons! Bashes! DJ! 16 freakin shots! Jam packed period! Eagerness to go to office, eagerness to return, all for those two hours in the bus. Lesson Learnt – AM GOOD! ;-)

• Jun’ 08 – Insanely amazing month. Some old issues saw the light of day. Everybody knows everything now. What a relief. And all because of a status message! Imagine! I keep them updated as often as possible now. For those of you who didn’t understand this month… Well don’t worry, you weren’t supposed to… Lesson Learnt – I am a damn Fool… Period. Should have seen the light earlier!
• July’ 08 – Chinmay’s gone. There is something missing in office now. I open my blog after 2 years to find it in dire need of an update. Lesson Learnt – Zendagi Migzara!

And this, I assure you is just the beginning!!
